As all listed artwork is handmade and each piece is individual Beaded Blooms do not offer exchanges or refunds. Photographs are taken in the studio and in daylight so that the most realistic impression of colour, detail and scale is captured. If you are interested in a piece of work and have any questions please get in touch before purchasing.

Commissions – In the case of commissions a non-refundable fee of (£50.00) is required in advance of illustrated designs being drawn up.  Holly Reserves the rights to said designs.  Once the client has committed to the commission 50% of the final prices is required (less the design deposit), again this is non-refundable.  Holly will be in continued contact during the creation process to ensure you are happy with the realisation of the design.  You will have the opportunity to tweak the commission before the final payment is due.  Final payment is taken before dispatch. 

As these are bespoke creations each order is sent as special/recorded delivery. Items are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in the same state they depart the Beaded Blooms Studio. On occassion depending on the size of an order it may be required to deliver via courier. Holly will be in touch throughout the creative process to update you on your blooms and to finalise these decisions.

These alternative flowers are not to be placed in water. Simply dry dust them with a cloth or feather duster. Please do not spray or get wet.
